This Developer Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes the policies the Customer must follow when using the SDK as set forth in the “MDK Terms of Service” for services or applications the Customer develops (hereinafter referred to as the “SDK Usage Services”). This is a legal document and is part of the “MDK Terms of Service”.
Article 1: Definitions
In addition to the definitions in the “MDK Terms of Service,” the following are defined
- User A person who uses or intends to use the SDK Usage Services developed by the Customer.
Article 2: Developer Policies
- The Customer shall display links to the “MDK Terms of Service” and “Messay Privacy Policy” on the SDK Usage Services. The Customer shall also clearly state in the Customer’s own terms of use that Users of the SDK Usage Services are deemed to have agreed to abide by the “MDK Terms of Service” and the “Messay Privacy Policy”.
- The SDK Usage Services shall require Users to agree to the “MDK Terms of Service” and the “Messay Privacy Policy” before Users can access the SDK Usage Services features.
